Relevance matching

RSS articles don’t carry their own keyword configuration. Relevance is determined by the keywords, negative keywords, and other Search-tab settings of whichever persona(s) the feed is assigned to. If a feed is account-wide, its articles are matched against whichever persona you’re running an analysis with at the time.

Article retention

Fetched articles remain stored and searchable indefinitely until you remove them. From a feed’s detail page, you can search, copy URLs, or permanently delete individual articles or all articles for that feed. Deleting a feed itself removes the feed and its persona associations, but previously fetched articles remain in your account.

Feed health

If a feed’s URL becomes invalid or temporarily unreachable, the feed will show a “Last Error” status with the error message, visible both on the main RSS Feeds list and on the feed’s detail page. Use the Fix link to edit the URL, then click Fetch Now to confirm the fix resolved the issue.
