Advanced Analysis: Field Reference

Advanced Analysis is the full dashboard experience for ongoing, persona-based monitoring. It gives you more control over article selection and analysis than Quick Analysis, and is built for working through a larger batch of articles over time rather than a single one-off run.

Control Type Description Example
Persona Configuration Form (Basic/Search/RSS/Alerts/Schedule tabs) Defines the brand, keywords, competitors, and sources used to fetch and score articles. Must be confirmed before fetching. See Persona Settings Reference
Fetch Articles Button Pulls in new articles matching the persona’s configuration from all enabled sources. Disabled until the persona config is confirmed.
Article Filters Filter bar Narrows the visible article list by relevance status (Relevant / Not Relevant), match type (Direct, Direct + Keyword, Related), and search text. “Relevant only”
Select All / Selected Count Checkbox + counter Selects articles in bulk for batch actions like analysis or deep analysis. “12 selected”
Analyze Selected Button Runs AI analysis (relevance scoring + summary) on the currently selected articles.
Deep Analysis Button Opens the Deep Analysis modal to generate a single combined briefing across all selected articles, using a chosen template.
Batch Size / Load More Dropdown + button Controls how many additional articles are loaded per page when paging through a large result set. “25 per batch”
Article Count Display Read-only counters Shows how many articles are loaded versus how many are available in total for the current fetch. “25 of 140 loaded”

Relevance and match type

Each analyzed article is tagged as Relevant (green badge) or Not Relevant (orange badge), along with a match type describing how it was matched to your persona’s keywords:

Use the article filters to narrow down to just the relevant items, or to review what got filtered out and why.
